Centre

The township centre is the place in Upper Kunvald, where several important buildings are located: elementary school, Sokol gymnasium, fire engine house, credit union building, sports ground (football pitch, tennis courts). Salaš beer house, car park, and Monument to the fallen of the Great War (1914-1818), where small commemoration ceremonies take place.

The centre was remodelled into tis present shape in 2015-2016, including the decorative greenery.
